MAGic™ Beads Ni-IMAC
The MAGic™ Beads Ni-IMAC are super-paramagnetic porous beads optimized for streamlined extraction of biomolecules carrying a polyhistidine tag. An NTA ligand is coupled to the porous magnetic beads and loaded with nickel ions to obtain a matrix with affinity for histidine residues.
MAGicBeads are magnetic agarose-based beads for the recovery of small and large molecules directly from challenging sample mixtures eliminating the need of clarification. MAGicBeads are highly porous which provides a large available surface area (50m2/ml) resulting in exceptional high binding capacities. The beads are also strongly magnetized (40emu/g) and stable due to our proprietary manufacturing method which provides consistent and fast magnetic separation even in large sample volumes (liters).
The magnetic beads are compatible with all magnetic robotic systems such as the KingFisher™ (Thermo Fisher) allowing for an easy integration in your workflow.
